What's the difference between Businesses and Individuals?
There's one catalogue, with the same prices for everyone: at the top you choose whether to see them as a business or as an individual. Businesses get the mock-up with their logo first; individuals choose colours, names and initials.
How do I order?
You add the products to the order and send it from the website, in three steps. You don't pay on the website: we reply by email.
How quickly will I get a reply?
For businesses, we send the mock-up and final quote within 24 working hours. For individuals, we confirm the timing and send the payment request within 24 hours.
Is there a minimum number of pieces?
It starts from 1 piece: the more pieces of the same product you order, the less each one costs. For some items the minimum is higher, and it says so on the product page. You can mix colours within the same product.
Where is the workshop?
In Turin. We ship orders from businesses and individuals within Italy and the European Union.
What are the objects made of?
The objects are made of plant-based plastic: durable, but don't leave them in a car in the sun.
