What is the minimum order?
1 piece per product (more for some items, as shown on the product page). The more pieces of the same product you order, the lower the price per piece, even with different colours.
How much does a logo keyring cost?
It depends on how many: the price per piece drops at every tier, counting all the pieces of the same product in the order. You will find the tiers of each keyring on its product page: indicative prices, excl. VAT.
Is the logo included in the price?
Yes, from 50 pieces: your raised logo is included in the price. Below 50 pieces, logo setup costs €29.00 once per order; on a repeat order with the same logo there's no charge (indicative, excl. VAT).
How many colours can I choose?
Up to 4 colours on the same piece: 2 are included, each extra colour costs €0.25 per piece (indicative, excl. VAT).
How does the NFC chip work? Do you need an app?
When someone holds a phone near it, your link opens: no app needed, on Android and iPhone. The chip costs €0.90 per piece (indicative, excl. VAT) and is always optional. We manage the link: we change it whenever you ask, even after delivery, and on request we tell you how many times it has been tapped.
How soon will you send me the mock-up?
Within 24 working hours of the order: mock-up and final quote, free of charge.
How does payment work and when does the order arrive?
You approve the mock-up and pay by bank transfer: on orders over €500 we ask for a 50% deposit. Then we print and ship in approximately 7–10 working days.
Do I need to own the rights to the logo?
Yes: by sending us the logo you declare that you have the right to use it. We only show work we've done for you with your written permission.
