Privacy notice
This notice explains how we process the personal data of anyone who asks us for a quote or an order, through this website, by email or through one of our sellers (Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the GDPR). Updated on 16 October 2026.
Who processes the data
The data controller is Redmango SRL, Strada Serene 30, 10028 Trofarello (TO), VAT no. 13148000014: Gadgettini is a project of Redmango SRL. For any questions about your data: [email protected].
What data and why
- Quote requests and orders: the data you enter in the form (first and last name, company, email, phone, VAT number or tax code, SDI recipient code or PEC address, delivery address, how you prefer to pay, notes), the products you choose, the personalisations (a name, initials, a link) and the logo or file you attach. We use it to reply to you, to prepare and deliver the order and to issue the invoice.
- 'We'll call you back': your phone number and the time slot, so that we can call you.
- With the order, the website also sends the text of the boxes you ticked and when you ticked them, the page you came from and any campaign parameters (utm): they tell us where requests come from. We don't use them for advertising.
- If you come to us through one of our sellers, it is the seller who passes us the data for the order you asked them for: we use it in the same way, only for that order.
- Your IP address is used only to stop repeated requests: it stays in the server memory for a few hours and is not saved. The links of the NFC chips and of the online price lists count taps and openings, with the date and, for the chips, the type of phone: no personal data.
- Website statistics, only if you accept analytics cookies: with Google Analytics 4 we see, in aggregate form, how many people visit the website, which pages they look at and where they come from (pages viewed, traffic source, browser and device type, approximate city). Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses, and we don't use it for advertising or to profile anyone.
On what legal basis
Your request and the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); legal obligations, for example tax and accounting obligations (point (c)); our interest in protecting the website from abuse and in knowing where requests come from (point (f)); for statistics, your consent (point (a)), which you can withdraw at any time from 'Cookie preferences' at the bottom of every page. The data in the form is needed to reply to you: without it, we can't. We don't make automated decisions and we don't carry out profiling.
Where it goes and who sees it
The request reaches our mailbox by email and, as a confirmation, your email address. Quote requests from our presentation page and call-back requests from the online price lists are also kept in the website's internal archive, on our server, so that they aren't lost if the email doesn't arrive: only our staff can see them, each with personal access. The providers of our email, of the server that hosts the website and of the network that protects it process the data on our behalf, only for these services. The following also receive it, for their part: the courier (name, address and phone number, for delivery), the service you pay with, our accountant for the invoice, for their own orders the seller who passed us your contact details and, only if you accept analytics cookies, Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics), which processes that data on our behalf. We don't sell the data and we don't give it to anyone else. If a provider processes it outside the European Union, it does so with the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses): Google, for example, may transfer it to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
For how long
Requests that do not become an order: 24 months at most. Orders, invoices and the emails about them: 10 years, as the law requires (Article 2220 of the Italian Civil Code, the Codice civile). We keep the logo and the files you send us together with the order, for repeat orders; if you would like us to delete them sooner, just ask. Statistics data stays in Google Analytics for 14 months at most.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, receive it in a readable format or object to its processing: write to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it), or with the supervisory authority of the EU country where you live.
Cookies
The website uses technical cookies and, only if you accept, analytics cookies from Google Analytics; no profiling or advertising cookies. The details are in the cookie notice.
