Terms of sale

These terms apply to orders placed through the website gadgettini.com, by email or through one of our sellers, by businesses and by individuals. The seller is Redmango SRL, Strada Serene 30, 10028 Trofarello (TO), VAT no. 13148000014, share capital €10,000 fully paid up: Gadgettini is a project of Redmango SRL. 1. How to order

On the website you choose the products, the quantities and the personalisation, and send the order. What you send is a request: the contract is concluded when we confirm to you by email the price, the lead time and, for work with a logo or a design, the mock-up to approve.
We reply within 24 working hours. If a product, a colour or a date isn't possible, we tell you before confirming.
The website does not take payments: we tell you how to pay in the confirmation.

2. Prices

Each product has a price scale: the more pieces you order, the less each one costs. The price tier is based on the pieces of the same product across the whole order.
With 'Prices for Businesses', prices are indicative, excl. VAT; with 'Prices for Individuals', they are incl. VAT. The price in our confirmation always applies.
Extras (additional colours, name or initials, NFC chip, logo setup, express delivery) and shipping are shown in the order, before you send it.

3. Mock-up and approval

For work with a logo, a name or a design, we send you a free mock-up. We print only after your written approval (a reply to the email is enough): from then on, the content of the mock-up can no longer be changed. On-screen colours are indicative.

4. Payment

Businesses: bank transfer. The bank details come with the mock-up. Above €500 excl. VAT, we ask for a 50% deposit on approval and the balance on delivery; below that, payment is due on approval.
Individuals: payment in advance. After the confirmation we email you the payment request; we print when the payment arrives.
The invoice is issued by Redmango SRL.

5. Lead times

Each product page states in how many working days the item is ready: for businesses from approval of the mock-up, for individuals from payment. Lead times are indicative; the date is guaranteed only with express delivery, once we confirm it. The details are in Shipping and delivery times.

6. Shipping

We ship within Italy and to the other countries of the European Union, with the courier and at the cost shown in the order.
If the parcel arrives damaged, report it in writing to the courier on delivery and send us a photo within 8 days.

7. Your logo and your files

By sending us a logo, a name, a text, a link or a file, you declare that you have the right to use them and you are responsible for them. We don't print content that is offensive or unlawful or that infringes the rights of others, and we may refuse a job for this reason. We only show work done for you with your written permission.

8. Personalised products and right of withdrawal

Items with a logo, a name, initials, lettering or a link, items with a custom shape and 3D printing from your own file or drawing are made specifically for you: they cannot be returned or exchanged, except for defects (point 9). For these items, the right of withdrawal does not apply, under Article 59(1)(c) of the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo).
For individuals (consumers): for catalogue items without personalisation, chosen only by colour, and for the sample kit, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason. Write to us at [email protected] with the order number: you can also use the model withdrawal form provided for by law, but you don't have to. Then send the items back, intact, within 14 days of your email; the cost of returning them is borne by you. We refund you within 14 days of the withdrawal, including standard shipping, using the same payment method you used; we may wait until we receive the items before refunding.
For businesses, there is no right of withdrawal.

9. Defects and guarantee

If an item arrives defective or different from the approved mock-up, write to us at [email protected] with a photo: we reprint it and send it to you again at no cost or, if that isn't possible, we refund you.
For individuals, the legal guarantee of conformity applies for 2 years from delivery, under Articles 128 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo). For businesses, the rules on sales of the Italian Civil Code (Codice civile) apply, Articles 1490 et seq.: defects must be reported within 8 days of their discovery.
Small differences in colour and surface between one piece and another are normal in items printed to order and are not defects.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

Italian law applies. For individuals (consumers), the court of the place where they live has jurisdiction. For businesses, the court of Turin has exclusive jurisdiction.
